Expressing appreciation makes you feel fabulous!

Relationships are what life is about, right? Healthy, positive, happy relationships equate to healthy, happy and FABULOUS human beings. Healthy, happy human beings feel both loved and appreciated. How does that happen? By expressing AND receiving appreciation. Share with others what you like about them. Compliment people when you meet them. Choose a friendly disposition when you start your day. By expressing appreciation, people will relate to you in a much happier and healthier way.Every day find one thing about others that they do well and tell them about it. Recognize something, no matter how small, to compliment. You will feel better, and your relationship with others will be fabulous! Sure there are toxic, resistant people in all of our lives, but those are the ones to really engage with. Although it might be tough at first, I am guessing that you will see how the power of appreciation can modify their disposition and enhance your relationship with them.

Relationships are a two-way street. You will find that as you engage with others in an appreciative way, that you will receive more appreciation in return. This is truly a win-win! It is the classic example of the law of attraction. You express appreciation to others and you will find that they appreciate you more as well. As you have more and more positive, healthy relationships, you will feel more positive and healthy personally. If that is not fabulous then I don’t know what is.

Maya Angelou once wrote, “People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” And as Mother Teresa said, “If you want to change the world, go home and change your family,” so today utilize the power of appreciation to others and you will feel FABULOUS!
